Madeleine is an NYC actor- singer- dancer. Raised in a little house just outside of Boston with her 32 ducks, 2 geese, and numerous other pets (a regular old Disney princess), Madeleine fell in love with theater at the age of 9 when she saw a production of Footloose. After doing every local production Madeleine went to The Walnut Hill School for the Arts to study Musical Theatre at the age of 14. She then went to Syracuse University where (in addition to university produced shows) she performed in four productions with Syracuse Stage and Syracuse Opera.
During her senior year, Madeleine moved to New York for the NYC Tepper semester where she worked closely with Daisy Prince, James Calleri, and Becky Guy and discovered the joys of bedbugs and mice. Through Tepper Semester Madeleine worked with many composers such as Adam Guettel, Tom Kitt, and John Bucchino. Madeleine was also selected for the Aaron Sorkin L.A. Immersion week.
Since graduating Madeleine has performed around the country in roles such as Roxie Hart and Velma Kelly in Chicago (yes, she has performed both) and Rita in White Christmas. In 2015 she made her Off-Broadway debut as Mrs. Millenium (u/s Hope) in the Araca Project/Fracture Theatre Co. 15th Anniversary Production of Urinetown: The Musical. Madeleine has also worked on various readings, workshops and concerts in and out of the city. Find out more about Madeleine and follow her adventures on Instagram!
